MTN contract upgraded to an incorrect plan

I app**** for a Black Friday 2020 data contract upgrade, MTN consultant proceeded to upgrade to an incorrect contract and now refuses to reply to my queries. This upgrade happened on the 1st Dec 2020, I have since tried to escalate by phoning the call center and I also logged a complaint, but so far I am still sitting with a contract on an incorrect plan.
