MTN contract upgraded by Mondo, Data sim stopped working ever since

I did an upgrade on MTN data sim *** on 01/03/2022 with a telesales person My data sim is not working since 01/03/2022. I have been talking with MTN all along to try and sort this out and yesterday(07/03/2022) MTN gave me the number *** and today ***), both numbers belong to Mondo. So the telesale person (Zodwa ***) **** when she said she is from MTN Please cancel the upgrade contract as you deactivated my Data sim, it stopped working on 01/03/2022. Am on day 8 of this non working contract and your website (Mondo) say client has 14 days to cancel the contract.
