MTN CONTRACT UPGRADE NOT HONOURED IN TWO MONTHS.HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is my second post regarding MTN.I upgraded my contract in April 2019 and until this day I don't have the device that came with the upgrade.I no longer want the upgrade as I have waited 2 months for the device.I want my debit order on the new contract reversed with immediate effect.This is the worst form if Customer service.
