MTN Contract Upgrade Delay and ****

MTN can be such a **** when it comes to contract renewal, even when you go there on time they will not activate it with the aim to make you pay double the amount of your contract. I can attest to this because this is the 3rd time that they have done this with my upgrade. If anyone encounters this, please contact the ombudsman immediately, I know alot of us have experienced this recently!
