MTN Contract Upgrade

Due for a contract upgrade at MTN. All documents processed, application successful. What was successful? They tell me it will be active within 48 hours. Every time I call, i speak to a different agent! Poor service. 1 star is way too much! For a customer that has been loyal for years! Order Ref no: 1-***8.
