MTN contract updated on the lawyers but still in Arrears with MTn

My MTN account is BA***. I was handed over to the laywers due to the R9574.29 Arrears that i was owing. I went to MTN store Kuilsriver on 11 October to pay the mentioned amount and i was advised to contact legal department and i did. I was told to pay to the lawyers not MTN and i did . One the screenshot showing communication with NuDebt laywers. They recieved my payment of R9600 which paid on 11 october and they confirmed that my accaount has been sent back to MTN. Until today , MTN legal is very rude. I even sent a complaint. When you finally get through to the legal department, they pretend that they cant hear you and drop the call
