Mtn contract tricks

I have 4 contracts with MTN. The last time I went to their vaal mall store to cancel one contract that ended, I was told to call their services center to cancel. I was calling almost every day, on their option when I selected the one to cancel a contract I was holding about 15 minutes until I hang up this happened almost a month until I went to MTN store and I fought until they made the call for me. There is one that is due in July when I called in May they said its to early. I called yesterday and I spoke to a lady by the name of Sisipho (Ref ***) and she said she is putting me through cancelation department and I was hold and the line went off and I called again I spoke to Sinokuvuya samething happened. I was calling about 4 times and line was just quite and today when I put the number that is due their line just goes quiet. I have been using MTN contract phone for the past 22 years they are using tricks now, bad service and expensive data charges . I am going to cancel all their contracts that I have when they due for upgrade
