MTN contract ***** to up sales

MTN customer care agents are rude and unhelpful, their contracts are a shem. Made an online contract for data, airtime and minutes and an agent called, they confirmed everything then they decided to put me on a MTN airtime topup contract, I called to complain and recordings were listened to and was told it was the agents fault and apology given then they fixed it for 2 months and then back to the contract I never asked for.. I called customer care and they told me there's nothing they can do and then put me on hold for almost 15mins then spoke to another agent, same thing. I'm paying the same amount for the contract I never even asked for and getting ****ty service also.

Do not, I repeat, Do not bother with their online sales.. Either go straight to store or don't even bother with their contracts
