MTN Contract to be terminated

MTN has done it again, I bought a cellphone contract in March 2021 and the contract was suppose to end in April 2023. But instead they decided to put me on month to month term which I haven't agree to it, I tried to call the customer care number so many times with no luck, I even sent an email requesting them to terminate the contract they only gave me the Ref no:*** and told me to contant my agent this was surprisingly to me who is the agent now because I went to the store to buy the phone but now I am referred to an agent, I am so disappointed with MTN Customer care they dont care about us at all, they only want our money even if the contract has ended they will still debit the money its been more than 4 months now the contract has ended, I experienced the same thing in 2015.
