MTN contract- terrible service

MTN contract is a **** - I took up a sim contract in 2020 which expired in March 2022 and I called them to cancel it but now they giving me the run around, mind due this was a promotion contract, I’ve been paying almost double the the amount since April 2022. Cancellation reference 1 - *** @MTN please cancel this contract so I can port my number to a different service provider
