Mtn Contract termination and Number Suspension

I canceled my my contract in November, I was due for an upgrade. I spoke to a consultant which advised me on a cheaper contract of R99. I agreed to it, it was successful according to the consultant that offered me the package. From November, they charged me double the initial amount of my initial contract. I've called numerous times with empty promises from their consultants,being transferred from one consultant to another. WITH hours waiting on their help line. Now they have suspended, my cellphone number, and my life has come to a standstill. Everything is connected to my cellphone number, my bank transactions and this is also my business number. Last week I called again, and spoke to Nhlanhla the Durban manager and he promised to call me back with assistance to no avail.This platform is my only hope for assistance because I'm unable to function properly. I'm stressed and frustrated. Please assiisy me, I'm desperate.

Can somebody help me with Mtn please. SOUTH AFRICANS????????????????how can I contact the presidency office to help as it is my right to be treated fairly as a customer, my money is gone from my account and it was last week but I didn't realised that because of mtn, I was going to buy food for my family and I don't have anything????????????????????can MTN please give me back my number, I will give them what they want even though they rob me and very disrespectful, please can somebody help me

No response nothing ????????????????I called them again yesterday they continue to play with me, transferring my call to one another with no help, till now I'm stressed, can somebody help me how can broadcast thus matter into sabc maybe I can get help I need my number from mtn, mtn consultants are ****** and unprofessional with lot of empty promises even their managers, they gave Ref number but if they use it nothing is written down, Mtn has disappointed me as I was a loyal Custer for more than 10 years but they showed me inhumanity to their customers, I wouldn't advice anyone to have a relationship with mtn, my family, colleagues, friends will be alerted by this cruel ***** company, I hate mtn as I'm suffering with my children through them and what is more painful is that I don't know where to get help in South Africa ????????????????I'm so so hurt, I wish I can die I curse the date I said yes to mtn the way they are so hard hearted, even when I cry during our conversations they don't care, whuuu shame????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Please can somebody help me my life is stuck ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????I HATE MTN
