MTN CONTRACT TEAM ARE ***********

I am greatly frustrated by this so called service provider MTN. I have had issues from the day I took 2 cellphone contracts from them. The lady who assisted me Mercy Resiba erronously captured the wrong packages for both contracts. I have gone through hell to get it changed, she had done all she can and contacted everybody she could and MTN has only changed one. At one point they deactivated one line and I went through pains again to get it reactivated, when they did, they did not refund the airtime that was purchased and taken away, they still haven't changed it to the right contract package and they dare send me a statement to pay for a service that they have not provided. I have decided not to pay for the second line and careless about what will happen, MTN keeps exploiting customers and yet no one does anything about it, I changed from debit order because they kept deducting from my account and not giving the service for which I was charged, I work for my money and MTN is not among those I wish to dole it out to for nothing.<br> I really doubt anyone brings this company to book for their very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. I am tired of going to the store and decided not to pay
