MTN contract suspension problems

I have a problem with MTN that they are unreachable. I tried to cancel our contract because of financial problems. I caal them at one stage and tell them that we want to cancel the contract. They told me That I must go to a branch , which I did just to hear that I must contact them by email. That I did and just receive an answer that someone will caal me. I am still waiting for that call. When I try the call number it si either not available or telling me that my contract has been suspended. But sometimes I can call numbers and I can speak to the person. In the meanwhile my debit order go through every month. The cell nr is *** and in the name of NG Kerk Maatskapilke dienste KZN.
