MTN contract shamble!

My family and I recently renewed our cell phone contracts with MTN Tygervalley. The service received was great however the problem is that more than 2 weeks later MTN have not given me my data and SMS bundles that are due to me on a 500 package.<br> <br> After reporting this problem on 3 contracts of ours they credited my 1 phone with data and sms and guess what? Still waiting for the other 2 contracts to be resolved.<br> <br> This is unacceptable as I use my phone data for work and am currently racking up a fat data bill as I have not received what is agreed in contract.<br> <br> As a service provider you should be on top of your game MTN, not ******** reliable and loyal customers!<br> <br>
