MTN CONTRACT ****

MTN CONTRACT **** I upgraded my contract 11 Oct my package include 30gb once off and monthly 40gb data till today I have never received either one of the two when I call they cant give me an answer I've been to their complaint department it's the worst they asked me to send my contract as if they dont have it but I sent it anyway. Still no feedback since then
