MTN CONTRACT ****
I am beyond frustrated with the service I have been trying to cancel my contract for a week. What the heck is wrong with MTN!

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that the contract only expires 2020-04-08.
Early termination fee will apply if you require to cancel the contract before the term date. Contract will only be cancelled once the early termination fee reflect.
Please take the device for assessment, take with you the proof of purchased of the device.
Replacement of the device can only be done if the device was send in for replacement in the 7-10 days period from receiving the device.
You do not have any insurance on the device, if repairs has to be done on the device a quote will be send to you to accept the repairs.
