MTN contract sales consultants are the worst😡😡😡

I took a contract phone on the 30th of January telephonically and the phone was delivered on the 13th of February 2026.i told that lady that was helping me that the account number given is on minus - and i will need to update it after getting the phone to confirm that im not ****med.She agreed and made me to even talk to her supervisor to confirm that her statement is true.After receiving the phone i tried updating the banking details on the App it says i can only update them after 30days.i tried communicating with them on WhatsApp but i am not assisted and told to wait for 30 days,the 1st payment is on the 5th which she also promised to change after ive received the device,she told me”she doesn’t wanna fiddle more with my application process coz it will drop my credit score”but promised to help as soon as i receive the device.The same day 13th of February when i received the phone ive been trying to reach out but im not being assisted.Kindly assist as i dont want any missed payment history on my credit report.MTN must update my banking details and update the payment date as promised on the call when they wanted me to take a contract.
