Hi good day I like to inform menbers of public about the MTN CONTRACTS **** 2 years contract, so do to no afordable budget we decide to cancel contract on 30 of september. They told us after 30 days the number changes from contract to prepaid and forfeit any airtime or data. GUESS THIS MORNING WE ARE ON 29 DAYS ONLY AND AIR TIME I LOAD AND SOME CONVERTED TO DATA WAS ALL FORFEIT. THIS IS PROOF HOW MTN NETWORK RUN A **** ,SINDICATE OF *****ES. EVEN ON 1ST OF EACH MONTH OUR DATA WAS ONLY ALOCATED BY 9.00 O'CLOCK IN MORNING WHERE SHOULD BE AT 00.01.EVEN WITH THIS THEY MESS US ARROUND FOR 24 MONTHS. THIS IS A BIG ABUSE OF MENBERS OF PUBLIC.
