MTN Contract Renewal and Invoice Dispute - Horrible Service MTN

If zero stars was possible, that would be my rating. My experience with MTN has been the worst! I have had one simple query unresolved for two months! This has led to me receiving incorrect invoices that are almost 5x more than the correct invoice amount. When I query the invoice, their consultants blame the "billing department"... sending me from pillar to post and not giving prompt updates on the progress of the query. Dealing with MTN has been the worst thing I have had to deal with this whole year (and that's coming from a SA'n who has had to deal with stage 6 load shedding). I regret renewing my contract with MTN.
