MTN Contract Renewal

I took out an upgrade in November last year. The company loaded the incorrect package and contract term. This was verified after reviewing the call recording. I have tried to resolve this since last year December and nobody is willing to assist me with rectifying the problem. Extremely disappointed with the overall service. Kind Regards, Priven ***
