MTN CONTRACT REFUND

My name is Bongiwe. I took out an MTN contract from 2022 to 2024 and fully settled it in 2024, even paying an extra R1,000. Since then, I’ve been struggling to get my refund. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with no resolution. Despite logging multiple calls and sending emails, no one has been able to assist me.

All I want is my refund to be processed and paid back to me.
