MTN contract process distasteful

Doing contract application with MTN is not an option, I tried applying for contract recently with high credit score yet was declined due to not meeting minimum requirements, when calling and asking agent what are the minimum requirements all I got was a rude response that “just know you do not meet minimum requirements “ without any further explanation as to what are those. Not impressed at all to think I even have a good track record with the very same company doesn’t even make sense
