MTN contract procedures not *****-proof

Someone took my ID and took out a cellphone contract on my name. Each month, R4000 gets deducted (debitorder) from my account. How can someone take out a contract with MTN if there is so many things that need to be in place e.g. proof of address, proof of ID, bank statements etc? I want MTN to give me all documentation on the contract they signed with the *****.
