MTN contract pre-legal but payment made

This is really exhausting, can someone from MTN please give me a straight answer on what's happening on my MTN account for Cell no. ***. i keep getting told that all calls I've logged are escalated or closed. Seems all consultants i engage with are clueless and offer poor service, if the call is not dropped you're force fully transferred to another department which can't help. Can Mtn resolve my query already, all proof of payments have been sent to multiple agents yet i'm still told my account is pre-legal. can you get someone to assist with ref REQ*** & ***
