MTN contract phone not delivered and no response

Hi there. I received a cellphone contract through MTN with a promise of a delivery of a new phone on 28 March 2024. The Courier company DSV let me know in the morning that they will be delivering and would give me a call as soon as they get to our estate as I needed to hand over some documents when they deliver. This was a week ago. No phone but money was deducted from my bank account for this contract. I tried to contact the couriers and they referred me back to MTN client service. I have now been contacting MTN client service and no response. I don't know where to turn to anymore. I just want my phone delivered as soon as possible.
