Mtn contract phone lost0
I bought a Sonny Experia E4g,2016-10-12 on contract,on the day of collecting it I filled in application for Mtn insurance,on Sunday 2016-03-13 the phone got lost,Thursday I went to Mtn store Vaal mall....only to find out my phone was not insured.what I know is that my phone is insured I have a copy of insurance papers that I have I app**** for it......I send Mtn Insurance contract customer care,they reply to me said I should go to the store with the proof of payment I fail to understand because I haven't seen a letter of payment what I knw is that I have to contract and Mtn is deduction is MTN Sp A***R243.00 monthly.now I don't know what to do.
