MTN Contract Phone Delivery

I am so disappointed in the BAD service by MTN. I app**** for a contract online (highly wouldn’t recommend). Everything was fine, until I was told that the phone was with DSV couriers. I arranged for a delivery for 31 July 2023. I called DSV to enquire about the delivery of my package, only to find out the parcel was sent back to MTN. Reason: Unknown!!!

I called MTN, and I was told the parcel was back at DSV. It’s a whole back & forth. I was advised to contact Mondo Sales, thinking that I’d get help but I’m being transferred from department to department.

I am now reading the reviews about such bad service. To say I am disgusted by MTN would be an understatement.

Their service is Pathetic!!
