MTN contract phone delivery

I would like to lodge a complaint against MTN Liberty branch. I upgraded my contract about a month ago. To this day I have not received my new phone. When I follow up with Sheenaaz from the Liberty store in Braamfontein I am told DSV courier company is on their way to deliver. I keep getting this story every day. May I please get my new phone today as it’s my Sons birthday and I want to give him the phone for his birthday.
