MTN CONTRACT PHONE

I bought a huawei p smart 2021 on mtn via mondo and my phone got delivered on the 12 November 2021, up to this day their sim is still not working and what hurts the most is that they have deducted their 1st payment on 15 December 2021 and I'm not benefiting anything from that simcard eg Data and Minutes, I'm so disappointed in Mtn they are robbing me.
