Mtn contract phone
<p>I was having contract phone with mtn,so now I'm done with I call them and I cancel contract I don't want to receive anything from them now cause I finish to pay.but this morning I see data,sms and airtime then I call their call center I speak with Ayanda malinga said to this contract is still active.but I cancel this contract it's been three or a month now I've cancel this contract. </p>

We have processed a credit request for the invoice of May 2016 and June 2016 as we picked up that cancellation request was done from April 2016. Credit will reflect on your MTN within 48 working hours thereafter you will need to contact our Customer Care on 808 to request for the surplus credit to be refunded back into your bank account.
