Mtn contract phone

I took a contract phone with them after a while my phone got damaged and I took back the phone For to fix the phone because I have an insurance for my phone.so now it's been 3 months since I gave them my phone I when I go to the shop and ask about my phone they are always telling me stories.But every month end they are deducting money for the phone I don't have.
