Mtn contract pathetic going to take legal action against them now for *****ing my money

I cancelled my contract in feb. Was told to call back in the 14th of march to confirm that the contract was cancelled. Which i did. I was told by 2 consultants that there will be no money charged or deducted from my account as i cancelled it in the right amount of time. Another consultant called to ask if i would like to keep the numbers i had to which i responded no and he politely informed me the numbers would be registered to someone else. End of march came.... take note my contract was R469 a month. I get charged R1400 from mtn i reverse the funds and call mtn. I requested the voice recordings for the calls where it was stated i owe nothing to mtn i am still waiting for it. End of april, may and june again R1600 taken off of my bank account. I have now been handed over by mtn for non payment... but i am still waiting for someone to get back to me on why i am being charged as none of the consultants can assist me!
