MTN contract package is terrible value for money

For the past 2 years, I had an MTN contract with 40GB data day and 50GB nite and 650 anytime mins for R149pm. I could share the data and unused data carried over to the next month. I did an upgrade with MTN in December and was given 50GB data and some anytime minutes for R199. This is a terrible option as I found I'm unable to share the data like I could before and the unused data doesn't carry over so if I use 10GB, the remaining 40GB will be forfeited which I'm paying for. That's ****************!!! I called retentions to ask for the 50GB shareable day and 30GB nite package to be discounted to R199 which would allow me to share and carry over the unused data and after the consultant spoke to her Supervisor came back offering 20 + 4GB for R199. That's a joke!!! The old package was R149 for 40GB day and 50GB nite plus 650 mins The minimum that I can do with is 40GB for R199 even if I don't get any mins. I'm being asked to pay more but get less which I'm not happy with. MTN, Please look after your clients as some friends and family did get better deals when they changed to Vodacom but here I am loyal to MTN and getting shafted. Please come back with an offer I can't refuse.
