MTN Contract opened **********ly.

MTN consultant concluded a contract sim-card without my consent, which means its *****. They billed me and I raised it with them that I do not want this contract. They said I must still pay the billed amount plus a penalty. I paid all that on the 21 May 2021. I communicated with them via calls and emails after the payment but to date that contract is not terminated and they are still billing me. Now I call them to query and they say I must pay yet another R350 for penalty plus amounts they continued to bill even after I told them to terminate the contract. I have never and not intending on even using that contract. Account number queried: BA***.
