Mtn contract one booza poor service

Yoo i dont even know where to start MTN you hurt my feelings i wasn't expecting this from you guys now i think its time to vomite your poor service...i had i contract with you few weeks ago i did an adding...but a person who was helping she did an upgrade ,then after realising that i call mtn to beg them to cancel that upgrade they said to me to cancel they have to come and pick up their device first as it was already delivered ,on 31 Aug they come and pickup their device but heres the problem that device up until now is still under my name how come now its been week plus calling you everyday ,e mailing you everyday without any help any updates but they manage to debit my money for something that am not using it ...No its enough now when i call all they do is to transfer me to different department *** *** *** *** *** all of them without any help....i regret the day i app**** for your contract
