MTN contract not processed

I app**** for contract beginning of March and my application has always been on vetting I sent the documents 3 times and they chose not to upload them. I requested to cancel they refused to cancel because they said I had done an application through italk. So MTN please do something because you’re both *********** with your agents and that of italk how can you not cancel and claim to have no access yet it’s your own product???
