MTN Contract not fully activated due to Rica barred

Good day, I have app**** a new conract with MTN last year in July 2020, it was for 2 sim cards one for airtime and another one for data. The only sim card that was activated was for data and the one for airtime even today is not activated.

I have sent emails to MTN requesting them to activate the other sim card and they always tell me to go to store for activation. Then i went to my nearest MTN at wonderpark mall to get assistance. They told me that my sim card is Rica barred even today they cant fix that issue of Rica barred. The last time i went to the store i asked them to atleast do sim swap for me. even that sim swap could not happen because of that RICA BARRED issue.

I am humbly requesting HelloPeter to assist me atleast get a Manager in charge/ Ombudsman contact details for MTN who can resolve my problem by either cancelling that sim card contract or by activating the sim card with the airtime from the date of contract activation.
