MTN Contract Not Closed

I requested MTN South Africa to close my contract which was now on a month to month basis on the 28/Sept/2023, to my surprise i noticed recently that is still not closed and they are also sending me a bill to pay, i dont know for what as i haven't been using their line nor their data anymore, im really not happy with MTN.
