Mtn contract not being canceled

The mtn consultant who assisted me in terminating my contract failed to do so on the 18th of January 2023.

I am to this day still struggling to get the contract canceled, phoning the call center almost daily and doing the cancelation in two of their branches, but still every month my account is being debited.

Instead of terminating the contract they move the cancelation date every time i call them.

Me not getting this matter solved is literally affecting my livelihood. Ref: ***
