MTN CONTRACT NIGHTMARE

Never take MTN contract, first they will bill you even when your contract has ended, its hard cancelling contract with them. Their line of communication is the pits, especially the legal department, they will not assist you because they take time to reply to emails, they never answer calls you will be transferred and the call will just ring and ring with no answer. How else are we supposed to communicate with them??? They dnt even update your account with experian, you will be listed, as non paying and that will affect your credit score.
