MTN contract nightmare

I ordered a router over the phone, when it was delivered, it was faulty. I’ve been trying to cancel that contract with MTN for more than a month now and no one has called me back. The MTN call center is the worst to deal with. The router was collected from me, only for the same router to be delivered back to me without any explanation.
