MTN Contract never gets canceled

We have been trying to cancel my husbands contract since March and no one can help. The calls center pushes us from person to person and complaints does not answer our emails. I have spent 2 hours trying to call today alone. This is not including any time over the last few months. Agents just hang up and no one will help. Due to this, we are reporting MTN to the Ombitsman and will be looking to take this matter further.
