MTN contract never canceled!

In 2023, I opened an MTN Home Fibre contract. Shortly after, I canceled the contract at the 14th Ave branch in Johannesburg. I returned the device, SIM, and all related items. I have only now discovered that the contract was never canceled and is still active! this is the contract number ***
