Mtn contract mixup

Good day

I recently received a call from MTN upgrade department . I have 2x contracts with MTn ,the consultant seemed to mix up the 2 numbers and the packages. My number *** should be on the 50gb plan as they put it on a minutes and data package ... I am waiting more than a month for this to be sorted .
