Mtn contract migration conplain

I have logged a complaint with Mtn on Twitter on the 6/10/2020 after failing to have the complaon resolved at the store where i took the contract in July. The query is still not resolved. I am paying for services that i don't get. This is the worst service iv ever received from Mtn, and this will be my last time taking anything from them.
