MTN contract line not able to recieve calls

<p>I have been with mtn for close to 10 years,6 years as a contract customer with 2 contract lines. Never have I been so irritated and dissatisfied with mtn like I am now..Both my lines have problems,first line is ********** 884 wich im supposed to pay R69 pm and comes with 50mb data;25 minutes and 25 sms BUT for the past 4 months ive been charged an additional R43 wich is apparently for 500mb of data wich by the way ive never signed up for and have never even recieved..2nd line is ********** 838,this one is worse,Im able to do everything(send/recieve SMSs,Make outgoing calls,internet working fine) BUT all incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Contacted 808 multiple times, was instructed to cancel call divert,call forwarding,call barring but nothing helped,called ********** was told that they will restart my sim card so I must reboot the phone that didnt help so I called again then they said thy will cancel voicemail altogether but that was still not helpful,they told me they will log a request and it will take 72 hours to be resolve,that is just nonsense,I mean why have a phone if it rejects incoming calls and worse no one seems to know whats wrong so whats the use to have Customer service/ call center Technicians if all of them fail to pick up and resolve a problem with one line. Im really really irritated</p>
