MTN contract issue

I have recently taken out a MTN contract. This was a telephonic contract that included a laptop and many additional benefits that the lady mentioned in the call. Like most people I was listening, but not taking notes on everything she mentioned. The problem I have is to get someone from MTN give me a COMPLETE and comprehensive breakdown of everything I have included in my contract. I have written quite a few emails and got bits and pieces... Please can someone help me with the full picture....
