MTN Contract is TRASH

So disappointed with MTN SA contract and their customer service. Its been 3 weeks and my connection has been cancelled more times than I care to count all because I paid on their MTN app and their payment system hasn't been working, apparently, I've called them so many times and sent proof of payments as they acknowledged my payment but somehow it hasn't been allocated. Every time I call them its a new story from a different consultant I am so exhausted. I miss out on important calls and I'm sent threatening emails and messages all because of their incompetence and non existing customer care.
