MTN contract is just a ****

I started a contract with MTN online for 2 phones that is supposed to be R385 every month..I made sure it is a debit order so that I don't miss payment but the installment keeps increasing every month when I visit the Cresta branch they are not giving me a valid reason 😡 I'm very angry about their services
