MTN contract is **** and their customer service is very poor

MTN does not entertain their customers, especially with the mistakes they make.

I logged a complaint with Hellopeter and their customer service on 01 July 2021, no one has contacted me since and they keep on suspending my lines because they have powers to do that since they are Bosses (Boza Network).

Their contract is ****. It is stating that they will start deducting money on 31 May 2019 for the phon I bought on contract on 25 March 2021.

They never deducted any money as per the contract agreement, instead they suspended my lines. All the details regarding this are on the email I wrote to them and the one I sent here to Hellopeter.

I want MTN to resolve this matter ASAP.
